How quickly can you respond?We are generally available on demand. For urgent situations, we can often respond immediately, depending on travel time. For non-urgent jobs, we aim to respond within 24 hours.

How are biohazard materials handled?We are licensed to handle and dispose of biohazard materials. We ensure all waste is safely removed and transferred to a licensed disposal facility, following all legal requirements.

How much do you charge?We charge on an hourly basis. We provide an estimate after assessing the property. Biohazard disposal fees are standard and depend on the amount of material.

Who pays for your services?The individual requesting the service is responsible for payment. Homeowners' and renters' insurance may cover some costs, but payment is required in full upon job completion.
